I got two pastures out of the composition, one big and one smaller.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of butter
  • 5 tablespoons semolina
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 400 gr sour cream
  • 800 gr cow / urda cheese
  • 200 gr raisins or less, according to preference
  • optional lemon peel
  • powdered sugar

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Easter without dough:

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until the sugar melts. Add the cheese (if you put the urda, you will have to grind it well with a fork so as not to have lumps), sour cream and soft butter (at room temperature), which we will incorporate very well in the egg composition. Mix the semolina and flour in a bowl and pour in the rain in the composition, taking care not to become lumpy. At the end add the raisins and lemon peel.

Wallpaper a baking tin with butter and flour and pour the dough into the tray, so that it is about three quarters full because it will grow and not stick out.

Put the tray in the hot oven until it browns well and is no longer juicy in the center (when you test with your finger not to be soft, it will be compact to the touch).

Leave to cool and then powder with powdered sugar.
