When it starts to thicken on top, it turns on the other side, with the help of a stretched plate. Place the plate on top of the pan, with two kitchen towels hold the plate well attached to the pan and with a firm movement turn the frying pan over. Then put it back in the pan, on the uncooked side and leave it on the fire for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove to a plate and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot!
Omelette with spaghetti
- 5 eggs
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 100 g cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Pepper, salt to taste
- 50 g Bacon / kaiser cubes
- 350 g Boiled spaghetti
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
RECIPE PREPARATION Omelette with spaghetti:
To prepare the spaghetti frittata we start by cutting the cheese into cubes.
Put the kaiser in a pan (without oil, non-stick) and leave it for 2-3 minutes, after it has fried a little, take it out and put it on a plate, then break the eggs in a bowl, beat them with a fork or a fork, add salt, pepper, parmesan, kaiser cubes, cheese and add chopped parsley mix the ingredients well together.
Take the boiled spaghetti (they must be boiled 2/3 hours before or if you do it the day before) and put them in a pan with hot oil, I put them in the pan in which I fried the kaiser. Distribute them on the entire surface of the pan and let them fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, without touching them.
Pour the mixture into the pan, making sure to distribute it evenly over the entire surface, cover it with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the omelette with the lid or with a flat plate, turn the omelet, let it cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat, uncovered, if you make it in a large flat pan, 5 minutes are needed, I did- o in a small, tall pan and I had to keep it for 10-12 min. To make sure the frittata is cooked, stir the pan a little to make sure it is detached from the pan and not glued.
When the frittata is ready, place a plate on top of the pan and turn it over on the serving plate and serve immediately. cold. Spaghetti frittata can be served with thin slices of tomatoes or lettuce

CHEESE AND CHERRY TOMATOES
frittata is an omelet in various combinations, more in our language.
It can be made both on the stove and in the oven.
I chose the oven version this time, but you can also prepare it on the eyes, covered with a lid.
100 g telemea crushed sheep
2-3 slices of mozzarella / cheese
Beat the egg foam (with the mixer), add the sour cream, cheese, cornstarch, pepper (salt if needed), let the flavors combine for about 5 minutes.
Grease a tray diameter 22-23 cm with a little oil (I used a tart pan), pour the composition, put in the hot oven for about 5-7 minutes, then remove the tray
and put the cherry tomatoes cut in half on top and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
In the last 3-4 minutes, let the grill brown a little on top
(optional & ndash my oven does not brown on top normally).
After browning a little, we can put the pieces of mozzarella or cheese and leave in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve sliced, just as good and hot and cold.

- 150g chicken breast fillets
- 150g fresh mushrooms
- 50g smoked bacon
- 125g Sofia cheese
- 5 eggs
- 40g arugula
- half an onion
- a clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cut the chicken breast and bacon into cubes, and brown them in two tablespoons of oil.
- Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic and continue to sauté until the onion becomes glassy.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and keep them on the fire until the juice is reduced.
- Add the arugula and keep it on the fire for about 1 minute.
- Separately, beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the grated cheese and mix.
- Mix the two compositions and bake them in individual forms greased with butter, or in a larger tray.
- Place slices of cherry tomatoes on top and bake over medium heat until golden brown on top.

Chicken Fritters - Recipes
For a long time I decided to try a frittata recipe, but I kept postponing it for various reasons. This time it happened and I did it because at a simple review of the refrigerator I discovered that I have the necessary ingredients to try this recipe. A universal recipe that the whole family can eat for breakfast or dinner, but at the same time a recipe that suits the dukan diet.
Cruise Phase (PL), Consolidation, Definitive Stabilization
- 1 handful of baby spinach (or normal spinach) or half of a 125 g box
- 1 lgt olive oil (optional)
- 2 lg of skimmed cheese or cream for cooking (max 3% fat)
Finely chop the onion and put it to "harden" in a pan (you can optionally use a teaspoon of olive oil) for 5 minutes on low heat. The chicken breast is cut into strips about 1 cm thick and put over the onion in the pan. Leave until it turns white and then add the bell pepper (I used red) and the spinach broken into larger pieces (washed and cleaned). Leave it on the fire for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the 5 eggs (they can be more or less depending on the size of the tray, the idea is that they should cover the chicken) and mix them with cheese, salt and pepper.
Put the spinach chicken in a tray (silicone if you have it, if you don't cover it with baking paper) and pour the eggs over it. Put the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Chicken Fritters - Recipes
Frittata is essentially eggs mixed with Italian vegetables, but unlike conventional eggs, it is somewhat more difficult to prepare. And the palette of frittata tastes is much richer.
- - 200 g of sample
- - 100 g of fresh tomatoes
- - 30 g parmesan
- - 1 onion
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 Bulgarian pepper
- - a mixture of bell peppers, salt.
For cooking frittati with shampoos, take a tray, which can then be placed in a heated oven.
Bake the onion, cut into half rings. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. You can fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Add the washed mushrooms, cut into plates, fry for 3 minutes.
Bake the Bulgarian sweet pepper from the seeds, cut into thin strips, add to the mushrooms with onions, fry for 3 minutes. Put the chopped fresh tomatoes in the pan. Many of them do not interfere with the components, otherwise the vessel will come off and must have a solid shape.
Beat the vegetables over the chicken eggs, do not stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, instead of parmesan any other solid variety will do.
Cut the dill finely, send it to the pan for 7 minutes, put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. You can leave the pan on the stove, then cover it with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum so that nothing burns.
The shampoo omelette is ready, serve it with lettuce leaves.
Chicken breast fries
Chicken breast fries from: spinach, chicken breast, peppers, eggs, mozzarella, oil, salt, pepper.
- 400 g spinach
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 2 capsicums
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation:
In a frying pan, fry the chicken breast together with the capsicum pepper in a little olive oil.
After it has hardened, remove the chicken breast and pepper and put the spinach to harden. After the spinach has hardened, add the chicken breast and pepper.
Beat the eggs well and mix with the cream. Add the beaten eggs over the spinach and mix well, then season with salt and pepper.
Break the mozzarella into strips and place on top of the spinach composition. Put the pan in the preheated oven and leave for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture on top. Cover the pan with a lid and put it on the fire on the stove.
Bake for a few minutes (check with a spatula when the bottom is cooked) until the eggs are coagulated on top. Take a larger flat plate and turn over the omelette. We put it back on the plate in the pan with the top to bake a little more.
We turn it over after a few minutes with the help of the plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover again with the lid and leave on the fire until the cheese melts nicely on top.
Take it out on the plate and portion it!
