Pork neck in slow cooker Crock-Pot

Peel the onion and cut it into large slices. It is placed on the bottom of the ceramic bowl of the Crock-Pot slow cooker, and the fish is placed on the generous slices of the nape of the neck.

Mix in a bowl, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, peeled and crushed garlic, dried and chopped thyme. The sauce obtained is poured over the slices of the neck, which are turned on each side, to be covered.

The meat is served with sauce along with your favorite garnish: puree, rice or vegetables.
