Sift the flour and put vinegar, salt and water in the middle. Knead a dough like plasticine, non-sticky, if necessary add water or flour.
Put the dough in the fridge for at least half an hour.
During this time we prepare the cherries, we remove the seeds. I prefer not to put sugar in them until I put them on the pie sheet so as not to leave much juice.
Take the dough out of the fridge and put a large tablecloth on the table. We spread the dough a little with the facalet and then we start to spread it lightly with our hands until we form a very thin sheet. Grease the top with oil.
We put the cherries on the edge of a part, then with the help of the tablecloth we lightly roll the strudel. We put it in a tray greased with oil, and before putting it in the oven we put oil on top. Bake over medium heat until it turns a nice color, about 45 minutes. Then remove from the oven, portion and powder with sugar.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream or simply. It's all good.
