sheets: Put the flour in the robot bowl with a pinch of salt and add the diced cold butter. Stir until it becomes sandy. Add eggs, sour cream, milk, powdered and vanilla sugar, baking powder and lemon peel. Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Pour over the floured table and divide in two.

Spread the first sheet directly on baking paper and then transfer to the 20x30cm tray.

Filling: Pass the baked pumpkin with the mashed potatoes. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and semolina and mix well. Pour the filling into the pan over the sheet of dough. Level well and spread the second sheet of dough that is placed on top. Cut the edges of the dough and prick it from place to place with a fork.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until lightly browned on top.


Then remove from the oven and leave to cool. Portion and powder with sugar.
